At Amie & Co, we’re not building quick-turn stylists—we’re building long-term, high-level careers.

We are a commission-based salon specializing in hair extensions and hair loss solutions in the Southern Indiana / Louisville area. Our work is rooted in precision, customization, and helping every client feel confident in their hair.

This is not a one-size-fits-all environment.
Every guest experience is tailored—and every stylist is trained to work with intention.

  • Growth at Amie & Co is structured—but tailored to each individual.

    Phase 1: Assistant / Foundations

    • Support stylists and learn salon systems

    • Build confidence through hands-on practice (mannequins, models, assisting)

    • Develop consistency in guest experience and foundational skills

    Phase 2: Emerging Stylist

    • Begin taking models and select clients

    • Continue building confidence in color, styling, and finishing

    • Receive ongoing feedback and mentorship

  • This is a strong fit for someone who:

    • Wants to build a long-term career in a salon environment

    • Is open to feedback, mentorship, and growth

    • Is self-motivated and takes ownership of their progress

    • Values education and continuous improvement

    • Has interest in extensions and/or hair loss solutions

  • This may not be the right fit if you:

    • Are looking for a short-term stepping stone

    • Plan to quickly transition to working independently (booth rental or from home)

    • Are not interested in ongoing education or mentorship

    • Prefer working independently vs. in a team environmenttion
