Phase 1: Assistant / Foundations

• Support stylists and learn salon systems

• Build confidence through hands-on practice (mannequins, models, assisting)

• Develop consistency in guest experience and foundational skills

Phase 2: Emerging Stylist

• Begin taking models and select clients

• Continue building confidence in color, styling, and finishing

• Receive ongoing feedback and mentorship

This is a strong fit for someone who:

• Wants to build a long-term career in a salon environment

• Is open to feedback, mentorship, and growth

• Is self-motivated and takes ownership of their progress

• Values education and continuous improvement

• Has interest in extensions and/or hair loss solutions
