Do I need a card on file to book?

Yes. A card on file is required to reserve all appointments. Your information is securely encrypted and will only be used in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.


Do you require deposits?

Yes, for select services:

  • Extensions: A 50% deposit is required after your consultation to secure your installation appointment. (Applies to installation only, not color.)

  • New Color Clients: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied to your appointment total.


What should I know before my appointment?

  • Please come alone (we’re a cozy space and cannot accommodate additional guests, including children).

  • Park on Norwood Avenue (GPS tip: 410 W Norwood Ave works best)

  • When you arrive, text your stylist and wait in your car until they’re ready for you


What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things come up and will waive the fee one time for emergencies.

After that:

  • Less than 48 hours notice: 100% of the service will be charged

  • No call / no show: 100% charged + future bookings may be declined


Will I get a reminder?

Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation text/email 72 hours before your appointment, giving you time to make changes before the 48-hour window.


Why do you charge for late cancellations?

Last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill, and our stylists reserve that time just for you. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.
